- We accept exchange and return of orders, it has to be in the original condition, without operating traces, in order to make an exchange, contact us within 14 days.

Shipping is paid by the buyer

The following items can't be returned or exchanged

- Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads
• Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Conditions of return

- Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Free shipping. We ship worldwide from Thailand  and shipping times vary depending upon the destination.

All original paintings are shipped as a parcel with tracking and insurance. All prints are sent as standard mail and airmail where applicable.

Delivery time for parcels is generally within 2-6 business days, depending upon location. International purchases may take several weeks. If an item is required sooner, please let us know and we can upgrade the shipping service and rate.

Buyers are responsible for duties, custom fees, taxes or any other levies on parcels or mail.
