Welcome to MAART Studio by Luechai. 

Luechai Luedech is a Thai artist, bassist, and painter who was born in Udon Thani, northeast Thailand, and now lives in Bangkok.  His family and friends call him MA.
Painting has been his happiness since he was young. His father, who passed away, a sculptor, and his older brother, an art teacher, inspired him to paint.
MA joined an art club when he was in high school. Later, he graduated from a vocational school, Faculty of Fine Arts, and got into Poh-Chang Academy of Art, the oldest and one of the most dedicated institutions in Thailand. He studied Bachelor of Fine Arts Program in Painting for 2 years but dropped to play music on tour with his former band, however, he has never stopped painting. During his time in Poh-Chang, MA had precious experiences from his teacher, Mr. Punya, a Thai national artist, whom he really respects. 

MA is quite a relaxed and dreamy person. When he paints, his character reflects, which is why people always say that although his artworks are colorful, it gives an atmosphere of relaxation at the same time.
To add more, MA believes in the power of love and beauty.

He loves to paint beautiful and joyful things, places, and people.

MA doesn’t prefer dark mood art, he believes in the bright side of people and every other thing. His paintings are always full of colors, full of joy.
While painting, MA travels into the imagination and feels peace. 
He believes that every human’s heart can be delighted and healed by art.
 

▷ ABOUT MA's BAND
Kindly google “Coconut Sunday”, they are an electronic, synthpop band based in Bangkok, Thailand. They were recommended on “Billboard Radio China” in 2016 and 2017, was the Champion of “Chang Music Contest 2013”, the biggest national music contest in Thailand. Also, they were on the cover of “The Guitar Mag” music magazine, the biggest popular music magazine in Thailand in 2014, and the cover of “Blast” music magazine in Thailand. 
Coconut Sunday was nominated for the best new artist from Season Music Magazine, the is the oldest and one of the most dedicated music magazines in Thailand in 2018.

Coconut Sunday's international singles are Run My Race (Latest, Dec 2020), Simple Song, Get up and Go!, Slap me, and One Choice. 
The most memorable moments MA had with his band were when they won the biggest national music contest and got the opportunity to perform abroad for the first time in 2014 in Osaka, Japan.

After the first time they performed, the organizer invited them to perform again in 2017 (Osaka) and 2019 (in Tokyo) 
and these are beautiful memories that he put in his Japan painting series.
